As a certified Construction Deputy Inspector, I evaluate whether work within my inspection scope meets approved plans and applicable requirements. I bring that same scrutiny to your earliest decisions—when there is still time to change course.

I assess whether the proposed crew fits your specific work and investigate a contractor’s inspection track record through available records and references—including patterns of failed inspections.
I analyze pricing against current local market conditions and comparable scope, so you can question inflated costs, missing work, and low allowances before signing.
I review architectural plans for constructability, looking for coordination gaps and details that could create avoidable complications on site.
I review structural plans for potential over-engineering and opportunities to simplify construction. I raise those questions with your licensed structural engineer, who evaluates and approves any design changes—helping identify potential savings while preserving safety.
